What builders get from us

  • A written bid built from your plan set, with assumptions spelled out
  • Load calculations and service sizing for the finished home
  • Temporary power and permanent service coordinated with the utility
  • Rough-in and trim scheduled around your other trades
  • Permit and inspection handling
  • Someone who picks up the phone when your schedule moves

For owner-builders

If you are building your own house, we can walk through the plan with you room by room before rough-in. That is the time to decide on lighting layouts, receptacle locations, garage circuits, EV charger rough-in and basement finish, because those choices are cheap now and expensive later.

Plans without an electrical layout

Many plan sets do not include one. We can bid from conceptual plans, list our assumptions clearly, and firm up the layout with you as decisions get made.

Common questions

What do you need for a bid?

Your plan set, the site address and any selections that are already made, like appliances, heat type and the lighting allowance. PDFs are fine.

Do you do multi-unit and spec homes?

Yes, we bid custom homes, spec homes and small multi-unit buildings.

Can you do the underground service too?

Yes. We handle trenching and underground feeders, including shops and outbuildings on the same site.
